Use Accio
Getting the flying page is a part of the mission with Professor Ronen. You will need to get two, but we will be focusing on getting the page near the broken statue, which is near where you meet Professor Ronen. All you have to do is find the flying page and use Accio to pull it towards you and collect the page. Simple as that, really.
