Your character’s gear and accessories in Hogwarts Legacy are all essential for your overall stats. Each item that you are using on each part of your body has its own stats and buff that can put you at an advantage during battles.
But if you think one of your items is not much of use, you can opt to sell it right away. In this guide, we will show you how you can sell items in Hogwarts Legacy.
How to Sell Items in Hogwarts Legacy
Initially, you might think that these items are all given to you for the sake of dressing up and aesthetics. But no, these items and gears serve as your armor. However, progressing in the game allows you to discover and obtain items that are of high stats and quality.
And what do you do to items that don’t serve you a purpose anymore? You put it away. But instead of putting it to waste, Hogwarts Legacy has a way for you to remove items in your inventory without anything in exchange.
Selling Items
Basically, to sell your items, you just have to look for shops. And since all of the vendors in each shop are capable of buying stuff from you, you can just pick from any shop that you can find in Hogsmeade.
If you have already decided on the shop that you want to sell items to, interact with the vendor for this panel to appear.
As you can see below the shop’s name, there are two buttons that you can choose: the coin icon and the chest icon. Since we are about to sell something, choose the chest icon to show your inventory.
Here, you can see all the items inside your inventory. To sell an item, simply select it and press the X button to sell it to the vendor.
