You are going to want to open up your character menu screen. In the section above where all the tabs are concerning your character, you can find the Gear tab in the very left corner. You need to open it up and you can see the things that you can wear with your character.

Simply place the cursor on each of these icons shown above and then navigate through the gear. As you go across them you will see the Dark Arts Cosmetic gear so just simply select them all.

Once you have equipped a certain item on your character, you will hover over it once again and then hit the square button to Change Appearance. This will allow you to choose the Dark Arts version of it.
