To open them up, you shall need to use math skills as well as some hidden details found in Hogwarts library. Math Door Puzzle Solution | Hogwarts Number Doors – Hogwarts Legacy
To get through this math door puzzle you shall need to do very simple math. You are able to find only one number that will appear in the triangle. The other two will be either a symbol or a question mark.
The key to getting to the right number and answer or solution to the puzzle is to know the number of the symbols. We have found them all by going through the index and the documents found in the library. Here they are.
Symbol Number
As you can see in the picture above, all of these symbols will have a different numbers. So you need to remember these numbers and then add them to the number that you have in the puzzle or the triangle given.
How To Solve The Puzzle Example
This is one pattern that you might get while doing this puzzle. As you can see in the triangle above, you need to get to the number of 24.
To do so, you will see the symbol number in the previous step. In this case, the symbol number is 9. So when we do 9+7 = 16. Because we need to get to 24, we need to do this math: 24 – 16 = 8. That means that the number we are looking for in the triangle above is 8.
Now just head on over to the wall on the left from the puzzle place. Here you can find a trigger interactive point where you can Roll the different symbols. In this case, you shall need to place a number 8. Check the Symbol number once again and find the one with 8.
In this case, it is the spider.
Once you have completed the triangle above, you will need to do the triangle below it. It is the same math and it is the same exact pattern. Once you get them all correct, just go back to the puzzle door and you can open it up. Congratulations!
