The Polyjuice Potion allows anyone who drinks it to take on the appearance of another person. It is a rare potion that takes a month to brew, and a part of the person you want to transform into is required.
This potion is also present in Hogwarts Legacy, and you can encounter it in the quest, The Polyjuice Plot.
This guide will show you how to complete the said quest.

Start the quest by going to Professor Fig’s office to tell him about the location of the third trial which is in the Headmaster’s office.
To go there you must obtain the password from Professor Black’s House-elf, Scrope. He will mention that he made a Polyjuice Potion ahead of time for you to take on the appearance of Professor Black.

Along the way, Professor Sharp will intercept you, but no worries, as you can choose any dialogue you want.
After speaking with him, continue on your way toward Madam Kogawa. Talk to Madam Kogawa to learn that Scrope is in the Great Hall.
Learn the Password from Scrope
After speaking with Madam Kogawa, go to the Great Hall to find Scrope. Before you reach the Great Hall, you will encounter Professor Weasley.
After a brief conversation with her, continue onwards to the Great Hall. Scrope is cleaning the lectern near the Christmas tree inside the Great Hall.
Talk to him to learn the password to enter the Headmaster’s office. You will argue about Scrope swearing never to give the password to anyone.
After a persuasive conversation, Scrope explains that the password is Black’s family motto.
Choose the option “purity of blood” which Scrope explains further that the password is Always Pure in French, Toujours Pur.
After learning the password, head upstairs by ascending the stairs on the left of the Great Hall. Go behind a folding screen to return back to your original appearance.
This will complete the mission and allow access to the Headmaster’s office.
Don’t miss the best thing in this quest. If you choose the strength option for your guess at the passcode, he subtly insults EA/Bioware/Anthem. Best Easter Egg in he game.
