Hogwarts Legacy lets you plant and grow various plants, which you can then use as ingredients in potions and other things.
There are lots of plants in the game, and if you need to plant them on your own, you need to obtain their seeds first.
In this short guide, we’ll go over where you can find the seeds for the Fluxweed, Knotgrass, Shrivelfig, and Mallosweet plants.
Where to Find Fluxweed, Knotgrass, Shrivelfig, and Mallowsweet Seeds

The good news is, Fluxweed, Knotgrass, Shrivelfig, and Mallowsweet seeds can all be found in the same place.
You can find all four types of seeds from The Magic Neep shop which is owned by Timothy Teasdale on the outskirts of Hogsmeade.
You’ll visit this shop during the game’s introductory sequence as part of the “Welcome to Hogsmeade” quest. Just in case, the map below shows its location.
At any point after this introductory sequence, you can simply fast-travel back to Hogsmeade using the Floo Flame fast travel system and head toward The Magic Neep.
You can find purchase the seeds for the following prices:
- Fluxweed Seed: 350 Gold
- Knotgrass Seed: 350 Gold
- Mallosweet Seed: 200 Gold
- Shrivelfig Seed: 400 Gold
Purchase a seed and you’ll be able to plant it in any pot in the Room of Requirement or Herbology Class. However, you might need to progress the story more before you get access to these rooms.
