The Way Home is a side quest you can get in the Horizon Forbidden West. This side quest focuses on Harriem and Krista finding their way home. This guide will show you how you can gather resources for the Gyrocompass.
Gather Resources for the Gyrocompass – Horizon Forbidden West
One of the objectives you will encounter in the Way Home quest is to gather resources for the Gyrocompass. When you get to the objective, start by going to the quest area until you find a wrecked ship in the middle of the ocean.
You need to jump into the water and examine the Antenna under the water. Go all the way down underneath the ship as seen in the photo above so you can get inside.
You can see the location of the 3 batteries below.
- The first battery will be on the left side of the ground as seen in the photo.
- The second battery is near the coral reefs.
- The last battery is a little bit far off, as seen in the photo above. You can find it inside the ship itself.
Once you have all the batteries, you can continue to the next step of the quest.
