A good and memorable boss fight can make a game become popular. It has happened before in multiple games. God of War 2018, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Shadow of the Colossus, Resident Evil 4 (both remake and original), and more.

A good boss fight stays in the mind of the player, making them think about the game and fueling their urge to play more. Horizon Forbidden West’s boss fights are hit-and-miss, but the large machine battles are a fun time. But what if you fight someone that is essentially Electro?

Londra Boss Fight Guide – Horizon Forbidden West

The boss fights with Londra is actually quite easy.

You will need to shoot down the cables that are all around the area. These cables are there to protect the Power Distributors, which is what is powering Londra. The more you take down, the more Power Distributors get exposed.

While you are doing that, Londra will attack you. His attacks mostly include electric shockwaves, electric blasts, and floor panels erupting heat. The cables you shoot off will also damage you if you get too close, so don’t stand near them.

Once you have shot off enough cables, the Power Distributors will rise up from the floor, allowing you to attack them. You will need to melee them in order to destroy them, as ranged attacks will have no effect.

With the Power Distributors now destroyed, all that is left is the main core, and Londra will do everything he can to protect it. Like before, you will need to shoot off the cables one by one. However, Londra will put a forcefield around the core, as well as the cables, to protect them.

During this time, Londra will attack you with electric shockwaves and electric blasts. Do your best to avoid them until the forcefield comes down, then you can start shooting down a cable. Do this until all cables are down.

Once all cables have been shot off, the core can then be destroyed with a melee attack. Doing so will complete the boss fight.

Elijah Hernandez is someone that loves video games since he was little. It didn't matter to him if people didn't like a video game. If it was fun, that was all that mattered to him. He's also a huge fan of superhero media like Marvel and DC, so he's practically played games like Spider-Man and the Batman Arkham games. He's also into multiplayer games that strike his fancy, specifically games like Call of Duty and Fortnite. Most especially Fortnite since he can play as different Marvel and DC characters in a battle royale against other famous and iconic characters.
