Catching and Evolving Frigibax

Frigibax usually spawns deep in caves found in areas covered in snow. You will need a lot of luck and patience to get this one, as mountains can be dangerous to traverse. Frigibax can be located in the cave found across the river of North Province (Area Three), specifically in the marked area shown above.

Once you already have Frigibax, evolving may be one of your priorities. Frigibax evolves into Arctibax at Lv. 35, and Baxcalibur at Lv. 54.

Simply level up your Frigibax to the respective levels, and it will evolve.
