Character customization is one of the newer additions to video games if you look at the bigger history of the media. We’ve had countless of games in the past where Role-playing games require you to play a role the developers already set for you, a character that follows a story made by the developers. Only recently did we see games let you customize your characters and make it easier for players to self-insert as their characters. In Hogwarts Legacy you can do that, with some great character customization options, so how do you change your look once you’re in the game?
Hogwarts Legacy: How to Change Appearance / Hairstyle
Imagine this, you’ve got some great outfit you’ve found in a quest, it looks good, but your hair doesn’t fit with it. How can you play the game now without optimal aesthetics? Well, you can actually change your appearance after playing the game, all you need to do is go to Hogsmeade.
Once in Hogsmead look for the scissors icon on the map, that’s Madam Snelling’s Tress Emporium, and there you can change that hair to something else! Finally you can get that perfect hair that matches your outfit, and so that you don’t look goofy in cutscenes.
Just remember that it does cost some money to do this so remember to have enough cash on hand. Sadly you can’t just magic some money into reality, not because wizards can’t do it but because it’ll cause inflation and we don’t want that.
Congratulations you now know how to change your appearance or hairstyle in Hogwarts Legacy, now go out there and try to do it yourself! Many thanks to FP Good Game for showing everyone how to do this, if you need more information on the subject then go check their video out here: How To Change Hairstyles In Hogwarts Legacy – YouTube
