All that you will have to do is complete the Pokemon League Story Line. While doing so, you will be getting all of the eight badges that you can in the game and then you’ll be able to beat the Elite Four final boss.

Once you have completed all of that, you will need to come to the lady of the Pokemon Center, and then you’ll get a line saying – Oh, look Mr. Champion. With that, you will be getting the Judge Feature.

You will then go into your Pokemon Box and check the Stats of the Pokemons to see their IV’s. It is as easy as that.
