Find Cubchoo in the Northern Snow Area
You can find Cubchoo in the northern snow area of the map. Pretty much any ice Pokemon can be found here, including Cubchoo.
Get Cubchoo to Level 39 to Evolve
Cubchoo can evolve into Beartic by leveling up the Pokemon to level 39. You can either fight Pokemon and gain XP, or use Exp. Candy to get to the required level.
