Find Skiddo on every part of Paldea except the northern area
Skiddo is actually not a hard Pokemon to find. You can find Skiddo pretty much everywhere on Paldea, except in the northern part of the map. Be careful when you find a herd of Skiddo’s, as it becomes wary of its surroundings.
Get Skiddo to Level 32
You can evolve Skiddo by getting it to level 32. Skiddo can evolve from gaining XP from the usual Pokemon fights, or you can give it Exp. Candy. Either way, it will evolve once it reaches level 32 or goes past it.
