You can find Teddirusa very easily if you go next to big forests. It is a Pokemon that likes to stick around trees and climb up and down on them. You can go looking for it all across the map in forests, but the best location to find it is the one shown up above.

You will come next to the town of Artazon and look for the Teddy next to the trees. You will need to be going up on a mount since it is very small to locate.

Once you have Teddirusa you will need to level it up all the way to the level 30 to be able to get it to evolve into the scary Ursaring. You can do everything possible to get it to level up but the best way is to just feed it candy until it gets there.
