When you open up the game you will be able to hear the music and the sounds coming from the game, while the screen will be completely black and you won’t be able to see anything.

When you check your Task Manager the game will also be working and everything will seem just fine, except for you seeing only black on your screen.

The reason behind this is that the game sometimes launches and uses a lot of assets from your PC at once.

The solution how to fix this is to simply wait for a while. The RAM on your rig will start to prioritize what is needed for the game and the % rate, as well as Memory usage, will get pushed onto Hogwarts Legacy.

This waiting can take from 1 to 20 minutes based on your Hardware Speed.

Once you will see the Memory Usage reach around 8.000 MB, you are close to the opening of the game.

So just stay put and be patient until your PC can completely turn and push its power toward the game. It might take a while, but it does work.
