Side quests in Hogwarts Legacy are not just something that will casually revolve around using spells for fighting, exploring, and saving someone.
In some cases, side quests also involve decorating stuff.
In fact, the Interior Decorating quest requires you to personally rearrange and modify the Room of Requirement under the supervision of Professor Weasley.
One of the quest’s objectives is to gather 50 moonstones. Here’s how you can get them.
How to Obtain Moonstone
Moonstones are one of the most important resources that you should have if you plan on decorating the Room of requirement.
Regardless if you have all the materials and crafting spells, the absence of Moonstones will prevent you from conjuring furniture. Basically, Moonstones are the currencies you use to conjure items.

To progress in this quest, you must first complete Professor Weasley’s first request which is to collect a total of 50 Moonstones. Luckily, there is a way for you to farm Moonstones in the game. Here’s how:

To start, go to the World Map and look for the Jackdaw’s Tomb near the Floo Flame on the northwestern part of the map.

Upon entering the tomb, roam around and you will these blue crystals on the ground. Destroy them to gather Moonstones. However, you must be ready for all the spiders that you have to deal with.
Once you have all 50 of them, simply go back to Professor Weasley to complete the quest.
