The description says that by getting the badge, you can get free Avatar items, and the catalog has changed since last year.
The reward is a Gold Crossbag and a Gold Baby Bottle.
Now, head over to Twilight Daycare and enter the game. You can choose any role and it’ll immediately teleport you to the area. You can click on Event, and you can see the quests necessary to get the rewards. And what you need to do now, is to watch the TD Show Premiere!

Head over to this TV here that has Watch Now! Enter the area and just take a seat for the show to begin. You can see the progress from the red bar under the screen.
It’s a pretty long show, so just leave it running until the end. Once it ends, a baby will appear and you have to follow her out through the same door, back into the main room. From here, you need to find the baby again.
You will find the baby in the kitchen. Talk to the baby, and then go back to the TV.
