Flash of Inspiration has a small chance to drop after generating a lot of orbs of power. You will want to be using the Siphon Helmet to generate a lot more orbs to increase your drop rate of the Flash of Inspiration.
If you want to increase that drop chance even further you will have to be installing the Harmonic Siphon on your gear as well. This in term will just increase the potential of creating the orbs.
Once you have the gear ready you will need to go ahead and come to this very same location. Here you shall find a cave opening in the mountain which you will need to follow until the very end.
Once you get on the other side you will reach the shoreline and here you shall spot a lot of enemies. So now your task is to just kill as many enemies as possible and hope that you will get the Flash of Inspiration as a random drop. That’s all that there is to it!
