The Observation Haki allows the user to see a short period into the future, which then allows the user to dodge any incoming attack with ease. And you can get in Project New World.
Project New World Roblox – How To Get Observation Haki
Go to Marine Base Town
To get the Observation Haki, go to the Marine Base Town island and look for an NPC named Observation Haki. However, there are requirements. You will need to be at a minimum level of 600 and have 150 thousand in game cash ready. Once you have both, talk to the NPC and you will get the Observation Haki skill.
