How to Get On Fortune and Heavens
On Fortune and the Heavens, accessory can be bought from Charon in The Great Hall at Cid’s Hideaway. You can reach the said hideaway within the interior of a Fallen construct in the Central Storm Deadlands. To get to Charon, first fast travel to the hideaway and then follow to map to reach her shop.
At the vendor, interact with Charon and choose the Browse Charon’s Toll option to access her inventory and buy various things from her. Inside the menu, press R1 repeatedly until you reach the accessories tab. This is the fourth tab from the left.
Scroll to the bottom in this tab, and the second last accessory will be On Fortune and the Heavens. You can purchase this for 5500 Gil, and it increases the experience gained for the user by 15%.
