Genshin Impact: How To Get TCG Card Player Level Experience

The new Genius Invokation TCG in Genshin Impact has its own quest line as well as level progression. When you gain a level in the TCG you get different rewards, all centered around the card game like Letters to invite your favorite characters for a game or blank cards to give the cards you own different skins. Of course you’ll need XP to get those levels, so how do you do that?
