A new area known as Zone 0 has recently made its way to Find the Geometry Dash Difficulties on Roblox. You can find all sorts of new difficulties when you are in Zone 0. Quite a few of these difficulties are well hidden and can be pretty tough to get.
One of these difficulties is Terror. If you’re having trouble finding Terror in Zone 0, we have you covered. In this guide, we’ll show you all the steps you need to go through to find Terror. With that said, let’s get into it!
How To Get Terror in Zone 0
To find the Terror Difficulty in Zone 0 of Find the Geometry Dash Difficulties, you’ll need to go through the following steps:
- Go to the Library and enter the Out of Bounds Area;
- Wait near Retro until the lights go out;
- Interact with Terror and run to the Memory Hole to Escape;
- Navigate through the obstacle course (Obby) and get Terror.

Go to Library (Enter Out of Bounds Area)
For the first step in finding Terror, you’ll need to make your way to the Library building found in the new Zone 0. Enter through the library and make your way to the left.
You should spot a staircase there. Use it to head up to the First Floor of the Library.
After that, make your way to the other end of the Library first floor. You should notice a bare wall with seemingly nothing around it.
When you’re here, head towards the corner on the left side.
As you can see in the image below, there is a hole that leads down. Jump down this hole.
You’ll be taken to a new area in Zone 0. This is the Out of Bounds ‘???’ Area where you’ll be doing quite a few steps.
Locate the Memory Hole
Before you can start looking for Terror, you’ll need to complete a certain requirement beforehand. You’ll need to locate the Memory Difficulty in Zone 0 that was also added as part of the new update. Even if you’ve found Memory, you’ll need to do this step.
This is because to locate Terror, you’ll need to have gone down the Memory Hole in the same game.
If you don’t know where the Memory Hole is, it’s hidden next to a particular wall in the Out of Bounds area. We recommend that you check all the corners of this area and touch them. One of these walls will drop you down into the Memory Hole area.
After that, you can return to the Out of Bounds area in Zone 0. Now, we’ll be going through the rest of the steps to get the Terror Difficulty.
Locate Retro (Wait for Lights Out)
When you’re in the Out of Bounds area, you’ll need to go towards one of the walls or dead ends. Here, you can find another difficulty, which is Retro.
Below is an image which shows exactly where you can find this difficulty. So, if you don’t have it already, there’s another one ticked off!
When you’re near Retro, you’ll need to wait in the nearby area for the lights to go out. This time can be a bit random. However, it does not exceed 11 minutes, so expect to wait for around that time.
Once the lights go out, you’ll see the Terror difficulty with a spotlight on it. Approach Terror and touch the hovering icon.
Run to Memory Hole
Once you interact with Terror, you’ll realize it’s a trap! The screen will be replaced with a red filter and you’ll need to escape Zone 0. If you take too long, then you will die!
In this situation, you will need to run all the way to the opposite corner. This is the same corner where the Memory Hole is. Since you’ve already gone there, you should be familiar with the location.
Run towards the Memory Hole to escape and jump down. Again, make sure that you have gone to the Memory Hole in the same game. Otherwise, you will not be able to escape.
Once you go down the Memory Hole, you’ll arrive at a new location. This is Zone -1 – ‘The Void’.
Complete the Obby (Get Terror)
In this new Zone -1 area, you’ll find that you’ve come across an obstacle course (Obby). You’ll need to complete this Obby so that you can get to Terror. We recommend that you take your time and jump carefully without rushing.
Otherwise, you’ll fall down and will need to start again.
At the end you can see that Terror is on a platform. However, the front of the platform will be blocked with a wall. In this case, you’ll need to actually jump around the wall by positioning yourself on the edge.
After that, you can approach Terror and interact with it. Don’t worry, no more traps! You’ll be able to get the Terror Difficulty in this way, alongside a badge for your efforts!
