Hunting for food is necessary for surviving in the wilderness, and occasionally players kill a lot of animals for food in Endnight’s Sons of the Forest game. It would be terrible if this meat went bad before we could eat it.
So, the best way to keep it preserved is to use a drying rack, and today we’re going to show you how to make one in Sons of the Forest!
Sons of the Forest: Craft a Drying Rack
Simply open your survival guide in-game, pick the icon that looks like storage, and then scroll down until you see “Drying Rack” written there.
Once you’ve settled on a drying rack, it will display a white wireframe design of it for you to position wherever you like—as long as it can be moved and built to that area.
In order to make the drying rack, you will need 13 sticks. You can find these sticks on the ground or you can try pulling up some plants, which will instantly transform into sticks. Once you have your sticks, simply press the letter E on your keyboard to assemble them into the drying rack.
And there it is—your drying rack. You can now use it to hang the meat of the animals you have hunted in order to preserve it for a long time without having to worry about it going to waste.
