The trickiest and most annoying puzzles in Hogwarts Legacy must be the mathematical puzzles. The reason behind this is that you’ll actually need to go around and find a lot of lore about the number behind the symbols.

Hogwarts Legacy – How to Open Animal Door Puzzle 6-11

Map Location

You need to be inside the Grand Staircase tower and then just get all the way to the bottom.

Make sure that you wait for a bit until the staircase actually forms just in case you might fall down and die if you’re coming from the higher floors.

When you get to the bottom of the staircase you can see the door on the right. All that you’ll have to do now is to solve the math puzzle.


Puzzle Solution

The first symbol that you need to insert is the following or the one shown in the picture above. Place this symbol inside the ? mark that is just next to the door puzzle itself.

The second symbol that you need to place in the ?? mark is the one shown also in the picture above.

This mark is going to be directly under the puzzle door. So just take the stairs on the left that leads you one floor down, and you will find it easily.

Once you go back to the Puzzle Door you will find that it is unlocked and the puzzle has been solved. Congratulations!
