Sometimes, an RPG just gives you a character to be added to your party automatically. Some of them let you create your party members to fill out different roles. Then some place characters around the world that you can miss!
In Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, there are a couple of characters that you’ll want to recruit, or you’ll miss out on them. One of those characters is very easy to get early on and easy to miss as well and that’s Iugo!

How To Recruit Iugo
There are a couple of characters in Eiyuden Chronicle that you can recruit early on. The thing is some of them can only be recruited if you find them. This is in contrast to the characters that you automatically get as you play through the game like the Bandit Leader Kogen.
One of the earliest recruitable characters is Iugo, and you can get him once you get the Current Goal of “Recruit members for the Watch.” To get this character you’ll want to head to the eastern part of Eltisweiss, where you’ll find a bar. Go inside and you’ll find Iugo.

Iugo is a Samurai that you’ll meet in that bar. He’ll talk about a mission of his own and the Main Character will invite him to join. He’s a great damage dealer and a good addition to any party so make sure to get him as early as possible!
