How to Upgrade Your Broom in Hogwarts Legacy

Wait till Malfoy see’s you with this!

Exploration plays a big part in Hogwarts Legacy, but are you really going to go out there on foot while there’s clearly a better form of transportation available? Yes we are talking about your Broom! Every respectable witch or wizard would never leave their dorm room without it. Now the next question is what can you do to be able to upgrade it, or is the option even available? Good news is that you can! You just have to play the game a little bit, those in-door puzzles will have to wait for a while.

Hogwarts Legacy | How to Upgrade Your Broom

You’ll be able to get the broom for free as you progress through the main story of the game. That should take you at least three to four hours of game time, no in order to upgrade your broom you will have to make a few visits to Hogsmeade.

Once you finish your Flying Class quest head on over to Spintwitches Sporting Needs near the south side of Hogsmeade. You can get there by using the stone bridge, keep right and you’ll stumble upon the shop shortly.

Inside the shop is Albie Weekes, he’s your go-to guy for anything flying related. To get the upgrades you will have to finish optional side quests for them to appear in the shop, one of them involve going to Irondale and talking to Imelda Reyes. Just keep beating her records as you go and return to Albie when you can.

Keep progressing the story as you go and don’t forget to talk to both Albie and Imelda, both will clue you in on what needs to be done and after letting time pass the former should have a new upgrade for sale. Eventually you’ll have a broom as fast as the Firebolt!
