Map is very different for Lords of the Fallen 2 and remains as one of the most frustrating aspects in the game. But we’re going to help with at least basic information to keep this small aspect from ruining your gaming experience.
But in case you just need to find the Crimson Rector Shield, we have a guide for that!
How to View the Map
You can collect bits and pieces of maps in the game that can be read to grant you a drawn map of the location.
The map reveals points of interests in the region, albeit in only still images, not a live map. Lords of the Fallen 2 doesn’t have a live map with a pointer that show you where you are right now.
Use the Map item from your Quest/Upgrade Materials and you will be able to read them in your Journal. Moreover, maps can be looted and marked with a shiny indicator in the game while you explore.
With the lack of minimap, yes, the map has only a rough sketch of the place. Unfortunately, collecting and reading the Map sketches are the only ways to figure out the main areas of the region. You have to rely on memorizing routes and important key locations not marked on the map.
