You trigger the Natural Design quest by talking to Velly who’s near the lake east of the Bug Catcher’s Cabin waypoint. In this Kindled Spirits quest, sometimes you’ll need certain clothing as a requirement to enter a competition like the quest Kindled Inspiration Deft Exuberance.
Similarly, Velly wants players to come up with a design to enter with a design to enter Golden Daisies. What you’re looking for is the Woolfruit Growth outerwear. You can acquire this item by buying it from the Marques Boutique.

Purchasing the Woolfruit Growth outerwear
Once you reach the store, press the “see what’s in the store” option and head to the jackets tab.
Click on the Woolfruit Growth outerwear and purchase it for 4300 bling. Unlike other Kindled Inspiration, you don’t have to scavenge the map for the required item and you can simply buy and wear it from the boutique.
No crafting is required and the shirt becomes available in your inventory, ready to be worn. Just make sure you have the required 4300 bling ready with you. Next, equip the new outerwear and impress Velly with your impeccable fashion sense!
