Finding cool gear randomly in games really gives you that dopamine hit you deserve! Be it new guns for an FPS or high level gear for RPGs it’s always a joy. One of the biggest hyped games and also the newest one, Hogwarts Legacy, has a lot of items you can find with some of them having different tiers of rarity. The game sometimes gives these high tier items through quests or through random drops, in this guide we’ll show you a place that has a high chance of dropping a legendary item!
Hogwarts Legacy: Jackdaw’s Rest Quest Legendary Chest
At the middle point of the game you’ll do the main quest called “Jackdaw’s Rest.” It’s a fairly long quest that makes you talk to Richard Jackdaw where he’ll show you the cave where he died. Once you reach Jackdaw’s Tomb you can start looking for the chest that has a high chance to spawn legendaries!
Continue through the tomb as usual, through some spider enemies and such until you reach the area shown on the image below. There you’ll see a floating platform, use Accio to pull the platform towards you and jump on it!
Once on top of the platform look south and use Accio to pull the platform to the south. Jump off the platform and there you’ll find a chest that has a high chance of getting you a legendary. Remember that it’s still RNG based so there’s still a chance you’ll get a normal item if you’re really unlucky.
