We all know that Sorcerer Families have inherited cursed techniques for numerous generations. Practicing forbidden magic is always a good thing in Jujutsu Lineage because the idea of getting caught is a thrilling venture. Sadly you don’t have to worry about the magic police here since you’ll be too busy trying to grade up.

So, how do you work your magic grade all the way to special? Do you need to finish school as well in-game? You can find out more on how you can get a promotion yourself by making use of the guide below!

How To Grade Up As A Sorcerer

Jujutsu sorcerers can be promoted up in rank by receiving a recommendation from someone stronger. In this case your go-to person is going to be Scen. You can find him hanging around next to Gilderoy’s Garments. To grade up, he’ll ask you to turn in cursed objects in exchange for experience.

It’ll also show you how much experience you need if you try to grade up without meeting the requirements. The easiest way to get Cursed Objects is to explore the Darkstone Forest right outside your base.

Jujutsu Lineage Scen NPC

The mobs around the Darkstone Forest will spawn in randomly. What you need to find specifically are the ones that look like mushrooms that have eyes on top.

Take on as many of these shrooms as you can (one by one so you don’t die). Some of them will drop an item called a Cursed Piece. You can keep on farming these items or go back and turn them in to Scen.

The experience you get from Cursed items may vary. To give you more info on the one we just turned in, it only gave us 3 experience.

That leaves us with 22 more experience to get in order to grade up. For now, you can keep on farming the shrooms until you grade up at least once.

And that’s how you grade up as a Sorcerer in Jujutsu Lineage. Remember, you’re supposed to beat the shrooms, not eat them!

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
