Leech Build Guide – Wuchang Fallen Feathers (Immortal & LIfesteal)

I Hit Things. They Hit Back. I Heal. They Die.

Seriously, I didn’t die once after switching to this. Not a flex (okay, maybe a little), but if you’re looking for a high-survivability, face-tanking, clash-heavy monster build in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, this is it. Let me introduce you to what I call the Dual Blade Leech Build, a setup that not only lets you 1v1 bosses like it’s a choreographed dance, but also keeps you healed, aggressive, and stagger-happy all game long. Whether you’re just hitting your stride in early game or making your way through mid-game elites, this lifesteal clash build can carry you hard, if you play it right.

Leech Build Wuchang Fallen Feathers

The whole concept of the Lifesteal Leech Build is simple: clash with enemies constantly, heal from it, and stack Skyborn Might like candy. It’s built around dual blades, especially the Firearm Blade, with the Blade Master Technique skill giving you healing every time you clash — which is often.

This guide covers:

  • How the build works
  • The skill tree path you need
  • The weapons and pendants that make it sing
  • Strategies for mobs and bosses
  • Some optional loadout tweaks if you want even more power

How It Works (The Core Setup) & Weapon

At the core of this setup is the Firearm Blade, an early dual blade that gives you two massive advantages:

  • Clash potential with almost every attack
  • A built-in Perfect Aim shot that dodges and staggers from a distance

It’s fast, it’s spammy, and it builds Skyborn Might like crazy. But what really pushes this build into “I’m basically immortal” territory is how it pairs with clash-based skills.

You’ll be clashing constantly, and with the right nodes, healing off every single one. Add in faster attack speeds and stamina regen, and you become a blur of blades that can’t be stopped.

Pair that with the Blade Master Technique, which heals you every time you clash, and suddenly you’re gaining health while fighting. The more aggressive you are, the harder you are to kill.

How to Get the Firearm Blade

You can find it in Worship’s Rise – Shu Sanctum:

  1. Start from the Shu Sanctum shrine.
  2. Take the tree shortcut at the top, then head right.
  3. Follow the path all the way down, then go right again.
  4. Head down two flights of stairs, then take the right-side path (ignore the ramp).
  5. At the end of the path, you’ll find the Firearm Blade.

Must-Have Skills (Clash Loop Engine)

If you’re building this correctly, here are the four skill upgrades you must unlock early:

  • Featherchaser – Light attacks with dual blades can now clash.
  • Leaf Slasher – Every 4th–6th light attack is a guaranteed clash.
  • Deadly Shadow – Your dash attack gets a guaranteed clash too (perfect for initiating).
  • Blade Master Technique – This is your heal engine: clashes now restore HP and speed up attacks.

It turns your entire playstyle into a blur of attacks, clashes, healing, and Skyborn Might generation.

Heads-up: Clashes only trigger on weapon-based attacks — swords, axes, etc. If you’re fighting beasts or claw users, you’ll have to rely more on Perfect Aim and raw DPS.

Core Stat Priorities

Here’s where to invest your points:

  • Vitality – Big HP pool for tanking.
  • Endurance – Bigger stamina bar means longer combos and more clashes.
  • Agility – Boosts dual blade damage and scaling.
  • Skyborn Call I → III – So you can hold up to 5 feathers for constant skill use.

Also prioritize:

  • Leech Bone Needle – Boosts healing from clashes.
  • Rapid Temperance – Refresh your temper mid-battle when needed.
  • Alteration + Temper – Carry more needles and refresh more often.

You can level the same core stats multiple times — even if it says Level 1/1, sometimes it lets you upgrade up to Level 3. Check the top right corner of each node!

Gameplay Loop – What You’ll Actually Do

Here’s how every fight goes down:

  1. Dash attack in to trigger a clash (thanks to Deadly Shadow)
  2. Activate Blade Master Technique
  3. Light attack chain → trigger clash → heal → repeat
  4. Use Perfect Aim to stagger or safely poke from range
  5. Stack Skyborn Might → unload Perfect Aim shots → melt poise bars

It’s a high-speed, in-your-face, lifestealing loop that doesn’t let up. And if something hits you? You clash and heal it off. Rinse and repeat.

Here’s what I use (and swap between):

These three are perfect for a clash-heavy dual blade setup. More stamina, more healing, and more damage — exactly what you want.

For Mobs & Regular Enemies

  • Twin Infant Pendant
    • Effect: Boosts stamina regeneration
    • Location: Worship’s Rise – Mercury Workshop
      • Head to the bottom of the central area and cross the makeshift bridge.
      • Loot the corpse near a Lost Remains. The pendant is there.
  • Lifesteal Pendant
    • Effect: Restores HP after defeating enemies (pairs perfectly with clashes)
    • Location: Doomwillow Beach
      • Buy it from Tao Qing for 4100 Red Mercury
      • Unlocks after giving him the Alltree Jade Cylinder (from the Reborn Treant boss).
  • Dragonling Pendant
    • Effect: Increases slash damage
    • Location: Snowfall Palace
      • Go up the main palace stairs and enter the building
      • Inside, turn left to find a maid praying at an altar
      • The pendant is in the box on the altar

These three are perfect for a clash-heavy dual blade setup. More stamina, more healing, and more damage — exactly what you want.

For Boss FIghts

  • Fiend-Felling Pendant – Extra damage vs. large enemies.
  • Damage Reduction Pendant – Extra defense if you’re feeling squishy.

Boss Strategy Breakdown

Against most bosses, this build just doesn’t care. You can trade hits, stand your ground, and still come out on top. The leeching plus constant Skyborn Might generation gives you infinite sustain and crowd control.

  • Use dash attacks and light chains to keep clashes going.
  • Fire Perfect Aim in between combos to stagger and auto-dodge.
  • If the enemy doesn’t clash, just fall back on Might skills and good footwork.

If you do get flinched out of your combo early (like if you get hit before clash kicks in), try this tip:

Use a charged heavy attack into light attacks. With the right skill, your heavy clashes automatically. And if you use Skyborn Might, it charges instantly. Also, doing a heavy → light combo skips early attack frames and can get you into guaranteed clashes faster.

Other Favorite Weapons for This Build

Aside from Firearm Blade, I also love:

  • Twin Bandits – Fast dual blades with great base scaling.
  • Eternal Sovereignty – One of the best in slot later on.

Eventually, once you get the lightning dual blades + ethereal form, you’ll feel completely untouchable. It’s like turning the game’s difficulty slider down without telling anyone.

Wrap-Up: Lifesteal is Life

This Leech Build is hands-down one of the smoothest, tankiest, most satisfying setups I’ve used in Wuchang. It’s aggressive, it’s forgiving, and once you get used to the rhythm, it just works. And the best part?

You can respec any time, so feel free to try it out. If you don’t like it, switch back. But trust me — once you feel the lifesteal loop… you won’t want to.

If you’re trying this out or have your own twist on the build, drop it in the comments. And if you want something ranged and spell-heavy instead? I’ve got a pure mage magic build guide for that too.
