There are a lot of games these days that are released as early-access titles. That means the game is still in development but you can already play it if you’re willing the pay. The cash you give will help in developing the game further.
One of the newest early-access games is the Lightyear Frontier, a game about gathering resources and building with a mech. Most of the game is in first-person only and there’s no character creation yet. The question is, will there ever be these features?

Will There Be Character Creation & Third Person View?
When you jump into Lightyear Frontier and start playing there isn’t any prompt to create characters. You’re just thrown into the game and you immediately play. A lot of players are wondering if there’s some sort of character creation in the future.
The developers have stated that character creation is something that they’re considering in future updates. Nothing is set in stone yet but they’re currently focusing on the mech customization aspects of the game. That’s because most of the time you’ll be working from inside your mech!
That’s all and good but some players are also wondering if there will be any Third Person view while outside the mech in the future. It’s one thing that the developers are considering as well, and it all depends on how many people want it.
