First up, you will want to fast travel to the Vestige of the Pale Butcher within the Shuja Hamlet area. From here, simply turn around and keep running forward.
Eventually, you’ll reach a wooden archway that you should enter. Once inside, keep running forward until you reach the end of the hallway.
Turn right at the corner, but rather than running through the path, look at the wall to your left and you should see a tiny hut blocked by a breakable piece of wood.
Break into this hut and pick up the item inside. This is the Bloodbane ring, which allows you to inflict poison and bleed on enemies at the same time.
