Items that grant recovery as you fight enemies are rare in Lords of The Fallen, like the Ring of Nourishment, for instance. They’re also very convenient to have especially in early game where you can’t carry that many potions. Ring of Nourishment in particular is an equipment worth going back through the burning town to get.

Ring of Nourishment Location
The Ring of Nourishment is one of the many loot you can find in Upper Calrath Mining Distrct.
Teleport to the Vestige of Doln and go down the stairs. Turn left from the square to go back up the stairs through the burning passage.
Past a single Faint Vigor Skull, there will be a path to the right through the broken walls. You’ll find yourself in a terrace area that overlooks the district.
Turn right and you should see a body learning against the wall. Pick up the Ring of Nourishment from the corpse.
