Well Puzzle | How to Open the Well – MADiSON

Congratulations on opening the Red Basement Door. If you don’t know how to do it, you can visit our guide about it MADiSON: How To Open Basement Door.

First of all, you will see a big well in front of you with candles leading to it. There will be a shovel on your right. You can pick it up because it will be useful later on.

The well will have padlocks on it. There will be 3 in total. One on the left, on the right, and one in the back. The key for opening this well is actually going through the lock combinations and passing through the locks.

So go out back from where you came from and you’ll need to be looking for those symbols that are on the lock pads.

You will have to walk all the way back to the starting location. The room where the combinations are going to be located in the small little bedroom next to the dining room. You will see weird symbols on the wall.

This is what it will look like. All you have to do now is take out your camera and photograph this whole section and wall. Once you capture it you will see the picture that you took. On this picture is where you’ll find the combinations.

Just keep in mind not to follow exactly these combinations that you see in this guide. Every combination differs from player to player. So it might not be these same ones in your game.

Now go back to the padlocks in the basement next to the well and enter them exactly as shown in the picture. One on the left, on the right, and the last on the behind. Once you do this, take out your camera again and photograph it. The well will collapse and open up for you.

Congratulations on passing yet another stage of Madison.
