There’s a new game out there and it’s actually an old one with a new coat of paint! That’s right, Metroid Prime is the newest game to be remastered and now fans of Metroid can enjoy this classic Gamecube game on their Switch.
The game stays true to the old one though and still has many of the levels and mechanics that the old game has but with better graphics and some added quality-of-life changes.
For the new players that haven’t touched the game though it might get a bit confusing since this game was made in a different era, so in this guide, we’ll show you where to find the Ice Spreader in the game!
How To Get The Ice Spreader | Ice Spreader Location In Metroid Prime Remastered
When going through Metroid Prime, you’ll find a lot of different upgrades that can help you in combat.
These upgrades can also help you through exploration with almost all of them unlocking ways to get to previously unreachable areas on the map.
It’s the game’s main way of progression and usually, these upgrades lead to other upgrades so now we’ll show you where to find the Ice Spreader!
The Ice Spreader can be found in the Shore Tunnel on the Magmoor Caverns map, you can use the image above as a reference.
There you’ll go through a tunnel and in the Spider ball mode, you can actually blow up the tunnel!
Blowing it up will break the walls and you can get out and find the Ice Spreader just below it! Once you get it you’ll see a neat little cutscene!
