In Anime World Tower Defense, you can choose from a variety of units in the game, each with particular rarities. The higher the Rarity, the more difficult the unit is to obtain, often requiring a lot of effort to get them.
Miracle Rare Units, in particular, are the most difficult units to get as they are the strongest ones you can use in the game. With so many of them available, you will want to know which ones you should get before the others. Not to worry, we have you covered.
In this guide, we will show you which Miracle Rares you should focus on and why. Let’s dive and strengthen that defense.
Miracle Rare Guide
Miracle Rare units are incredibly powerful and form the backbone of any team in the game. As a result, they are instrumental in establishing the metas in the game. While most of them are useful, some are better than others.
So, we will look at the ones you should prioritize in order, and also ones that you can forgo. The first three units are ones that you want to absolutely have.
After that, the other units mentioned should be chosen based on your preferences and play style.
Shining Star Idol (Oshi)
Starting off, we have Oshi. You absolutely must get her on your team as soon as possible, because she forms the backbone for any farm or team.
She boosts every unit’s attack in her range, which is quite massive while also providing large cash boosts. These boosts only increase as you upgrade her.
Additionally, she is fairly easy to grind for as well. All you’ll really need to work on is the Idol Postcards which you can grind at the Idol Concert Dungeon.
The rest of the requirements can be fulfilled by simply playing the game.
Dark Flame Lover
Next up, you really want to work towards getting Dark Flame Lover. He is an incredibly cheap Charm unit with really good AoE.
Charm is basically another form of stun, which does not override any Stun units. In this way, he will not reset the cooldown for any enemy that is stunned.
The main requirements for this unit are Dark Flame Master and Tyran Eye, which you can grind from Boss Rush.
As for the rest, you can fulfill them by simply playing and grinding out the game.
Power Reaper
Power Reaper is yet another unit that you should consider having in your team. A lot of people think that it is his passive ability that makes him great.
However, his passive is extremely luck based and so it is not very reliable. Instead, it is his ability to Time Rewind.
Time Rewind is extremely useful for Stall teams, or teams that revolve around damage or orb grinds. He can be a bit difficult to grind for newer players though because of the Peace Medal requirements.
You will need to grind out Chaos Return to be able to get these medals.
Yukka (Yuta)
Yukka is a great unit to have primarily because of his Love ability. It synergizes really well with Dark Flame Lover, as it can 100% Crit Rate a Charmed Unit.
As we saw before, Dark Flame Lover applies Charm, and their combination can be incredibly powerful. However, Yukka is a fairly recent addition to the game so he can be difficult to get.
Most of the requirements like Cursed Orbs, Blood Tears, Abyss Fragments and Broken Heavenly Spear that you can only obtain later in the game.
Berserk Mecha (Shinji)
Berserk Mecha is a very strong unit, especially considering how easy it is to grind him out. His requirements are fairly simple to fulfill.
He is strong in general but stands out during Infinites and stages that scale because his Raise ATK ability allows him to constantly pump up his attack numbers.
His style of play is also really unique, allowing you to control the Mech separately from Shinji himself.
You can take advantage of this for difficult stages like Chaos Return where you can use the mech to damage Dabi while keeping the actual unit away from the battle. A very cool MR unit indeed!
Blackbeard (DarkBeard)
Blackbeard is strong, but he is likely the weakest Miracle Rare in the game at the moment. While his Despair ability is pretty strong, he can only use it in a straight line.
However, if you do manage to land it on enemies, you can take advantage of the additional 1.3x damage on the affected units.
Additionally, they will also be slowed down by 30%. However, you are better off using Kujaku Demon, who can inflict despair in a large AoE radius.
Grand Reaper (Yamamoto)
Grand Reaper is an exceptional unit when it comes to dealing damage. He is fairly straightforward to understand, as his main Flame II ability inflicts a ton of Burn Damage in a large AoE.
So, if you are looking for a unit that does a lot of damage and can help you clear out Raids, look no further than him. He is also fairly easy to get but will still require some grinding on your part.
Lord Sombra
Lord Sombra is one of the strongest units in the game. He is incredibly good at racking up points on leaderboards because he can drop really large AoE nukes once he reaches the damage requirement. These nukes do a lot of damage to everyone in the field.
As a result, you will often find him at the top of most Tier Lists.
Monako Osho
Monako Osho is another great unit that also provides damage amp potential, similar to Despair and Fear.
While his ability says only Black, he has a combination of White and Black amps that you can change and apply to enemies.
Combined with the other damage amp units, you can really crank up the damage that enemies receive when you damage them.
As a result, he can be an incredibly powerful unit if used right.
Luffy Emperor (Ruffy)
Luffy Emperor has a Raise Attack passive that is active for most of the time. It allows him to raise his ATK by a huge margin.
If you put him in a pirate team, his ATK can go all the way to 30 million which is incredibly overpowered.
You can get a lot of strong Pirate units in the game, making it very easy to help him reach his potential.
Additionally, he also has the Superpower which allows him to do crazy damage in a very large AoE, around 30 million.
That’s everything you need to know about Miracle Rares in Anime World Tower Defense. You can certainly use other Miracle Rares if you feel like they suit your play style.
However, we highly recommend that you at least get the first three Miracle Rares as they are staples and will make any team extremely powerful.
Hopefully, this guide has given you an idea of how to look at Miracle Rares for your team! If you’re still new to Anime World Tower Defense, consider checking out the complete beginner’s guide as well!
