MultiVersus is a fighting game that lets you combine all of your childhood heroes in a big 2v2 or 1v1 battle. This means that you will finally be able to get to know the real winner if they ever came into a fight. In this guide, we will be talking about how to play Arya and how you’ll need to make her build as well as some of her best combos. Let’s get started.

Complete Arya Guide | How To Play Arya – MultiVersus

Arya is an Assasin-type character which means she’s a fast character with a huge combo potential while doing a big amount of damage. On the other hand, though, she is lightweight and that is why she’s taking 14% more damage from her opponents.

She is that kind of character who has really unique and kind of unorthodox playstyle. Many of her features include jumping across the fighting arena with following up tons of strikes that can do a lot of damage through her combos or even secure kills off the top of the sides near the blast zones.

SIDE NOTE: We also have a guide which covers the best perks for each character in MultiVersus, make sure to check it out as well!

Combinations

Here are basic combinations that are really effective in battles:

  • Side Normal + Up Special + Dair + Upair
  • Side Normal + Up Special + Sair
  • Dair + Up Special + Dair + Upair
  • Dair / Side Normal + Up Special + Dair + FF Up Special + Dair + FF Up Special + Up Air

Now we are going to go over some Kill Confirms that have the dagger readily available:

  • Side Special + Side Normal + Up Special + Dair + Up Special + FF Upair + Side Special + Up Special + Up Air
  • Side Special + Side Normal + Up Special + Sair + FF Side Special + Dair
  • Side Special + Side Normal + Up Special + FF Up Air + Side Special + Up Special / Air
  • SIde Special + Down Normal + Side Special + Up Special + Up Air

Perks

Always pick the Trophy Perk in 1v1 situations. Always no matter what! It is the crucial thing that will make Arya what she really is. This will obtain the face of your enemies when they are killed.

Arya’s second Perk is called Betrayal. This affects her side special with the dagger throw. It makes it so that when you hit an ally it gives them an enraged buff and this will make their attack apply a stack of weakened upon your enemies. The enemy that has this negative stacked buff will then take more damage as well as knockback.

Then you should go ahead and pick the Up-Up, and a Slay. Your team will deal 5% increased damage on attacks that knock enemies back upward.

Then you should also consider the Lumpy Space Punch. This gives you a 5% damage increase while you’re up in the air. And with Arya, you’ll be always slashing your way left to right throughout the air.

Leg Day Champ is also a very good perk for Arya. Going alongside that amazing perk for air damage, this one will increase jump height of Arya by 10%! This really helps since your Up Special doesn’t cover this as much.

Also, something to consider is the Fancy Footwork. It will give you a 5% increased dodge distance.

Best Teammates

Arya can mostly work very well with everyone because of her versatility. But if you’re looking for a dream team, this is what you should be sticking with:

  • Wonder Woman
  • Steven Universe
  • Raindog

That should be it about Arya! Keep playing her and study all her moves and with time she might become your favorite character to play. A big thank you to PushBlock from YouTube for going over the details of Arya. You can check out his channel here.
