You are going to need to head to this location as shown in the picture above. As you can see, you need to fast travel to the circled fast-travel place. Once here, you can just jump and leap through the air under the ground and next to the ruins.

Keep following the road and move on up until you see a cave entrance. Then once you find the entrance, walk through it and keep on heading deeper and deeper into the underground. This is what the cave entrance looks like:

Enter through the door and keep on following the tunnel until you reach the very bottom of the entire cave and dungeon. Keep on walking until you find the Liloupar’s Cell with the big tree.

When you get there you will want to actually move in front of the tree.

Get to this same location as shown above and then you’ll get an option to Dig. hit the interaction button and you will get a chest to reveal to you. It is as easy as that!
