Tower Defense Simulator provides you with a large number of towers to choose from. You can then combine these different towers to create your own unique playstyle and win all of the battles. The game is always coming up with new towers, making your gameplay more diverse.
The game’s newest update comes with the addition of the new Necromancer tower. Since it is really new, you are probably wondering what this tower does. In this guide, we will provide you with some information about the Necromancer Tower to help you better understand how it works.
New Necromancer Tower Guide on Tower Defense Simulator
The Necromancer Tower has a price of $2,250, which is relatively higher compared to the average price of towers in the game.
This means that the tower is best used in the later stages of the game due to the high price for you to place it. The level 0 tower isn’t that impressive with 8 damage per shot.
Once you reach level one for $750, your attack will deal 10 damage per shot. These shots can pierce through your enemies. This amount of damage is quite decent since you are also going to deal damage to your enemies using your abilities.
When you inspect the Necromancer, you will be able to see its energy bar. Once the energy bar reaches 30, the tower will start spawning graves on the track. You can then press H or any key you use to start the ability.
This will raise skeletons from their grave. These skeletons will run at the monsters on the track, dealing damage to them and also eliminating themselves.
For $2,000, you can upgrade the tower to level 2. This will reduce the time it takes for the Necromancer to produce graves.
The spawn count will also increase from 2 to 3. Your skeletons will do more damage with this upgrade since you are now able to spawn a Sword Skeleton.
For another $10,000, you will be able to upgrade the tower to level 3. This upgrade primarily focuses on the damage potential of the Necromancer.
With it, you’ll have a larger damage range increased from 16 to 18. Your damage output will now increase from 10 to 25, which is much higher.
When it comes to your abilities, you can now use a Lv. 2 Gravestone. With them, you are now able to spawn the Giant Skeletons and Skeleton Knights. This will greatly increase your damage output, especially against larger enemies.
For another $30,000, you will have access to Necromancer Lv. 4, which is the last level. This will greatly reduce your time spent spawning gravestones to just 0.26 seconds. Your damage per shot will now be reduced from the original 25 to just 15. But that doesn’t mean you’ll become weaker.
With level 4, you can spawn a Lv. 3 Gravestone and spawns x1 Executioner Skeleton. You can also spawn Hallow Guards, and steal souls.
Your gravestones will now explode when you use your abilities. The explosions will deal 75 damage to any enemies hit.
Keep in mind that the Necromancer tower will not spawn higher-level gravestones immediately.
Instead, you will want to wait for the gravestones to upgrade to a higher level. In this example, you can see that the gravestone has a small crack on it. This means that it has reached level 2.
A higher-level gravestone is able to spawn skeletons with much higher health. Wait for a short while and your gravestones should upgrade to level 3.
They will have a blue shiny symbol on top of them. Once you activate them, you can spawn skeletons with much better quality.
In many cases, your giant skeletons can have up to 3,000 HP. This is extremely strong since you can even fight huge bosses with this much health. They can even throw axes, allowing you to defeat enemies from a far distance.
Overall, the Necromancer is a really strong Tower. This is why the game only allows you to place down only three of these towers. You can also use them with other support towers to reduce the upgrade cost or further increase their damage.
