Method #1 – Selling Items On Market
The first method of earning Diamonds is by selling items on the Market in Odin Valhalla Rising. While the game does not have a one on one trading system, you can put up items for sale on the market.
You’ll obtain a lot of items, gear and material drops from normal enemies and mini bosses. So, if you do not need some of it, you can sell it on the market.
You might think that low level gear and items will not really sell on the market. However, there is actually a high demand for them, especially at the early stage of the game. This is because players will need some of these for their Codex.
In the Codex, we recommend checking out all the items there. Players will be trying to get these items without relying on farming for low level items in the early game. So, you can sell these items for Diamonds as they will be in high demand.
Method #2 – Gathering Materials On Map
The other method of earning diamonds is by gathering materials like Wood and Metal. To do this, simply explore the map and look for trees and rocks with the blue icon indicated below.
You can then cut down these trees and mine rocks until you have the material. Just make sure that there aren’t any enemies around! This material is useful for a variety of things, which includes crafting items and higher level material.
You can sell it for a decent amount of Diamonds on the market. While they don’t sell for much individually, you can make a decent amount of Diamonds after one run of farming.

The amount of material that you earn will depend on the people that are moving around in the server. Other people will likely be farming too, so try to target spots with fewer people.
The spawn time for this material can be anywhere around 1-3 minutes depending on where you are playing.
Method #3 – Farming Rare Materials
The final method of getting Diamonds is by farming rare materials. Unlike the resources you get from trees and rocks, this material sells for a lot more on the market.
This rare material can be used for crafting rare and blue equipment. It is especially crucial early game, as you can get strong really fast early on. As a result, there is a lot of demand for it.
To get this material reliably, we recommending that you go to the map. From here, you can check what mobs are available in each area and what materials they drop. Some of them will drop rare materials as you can see.
Keep in mind that even if there is a single enemy in a zone that drops the material, it will appear in the menu. So, your target should be to find a zone that has lots of these enemies. In this way, you’ll be able to farm more efficiently.
