You can obtain most of these Accessories in the form of drops as you play the new Halloween Event island in the game. However, there are many Accessories you can get and it can be unclear how exactly they drop.

How To Get Every Single Halloween Accessories 2023
There are many Halloween Accessories that are available to you. Each of them varies in Rarity, with most of them being of high Rarities. As a result, you want to get as many of these Accessories as you can, especially since some of them truly stand out.
You can get each of these Accessories from the Halloween Event Island, launched for a limited time in the game. We highly recommend that you move onto other bosses for Accessories after defeating one boss. By the time you return, the boss you defeated will have respawned.
Viking Zombie Armor
You can obtain the Viking Zombie Armor by killing the Viking Zombie on the Halloween Event Island. The Viking Zombie is fairly simple to kill, and you can eliminate him pretty easily if you have Haki.
This armor has a chance to drop which means you will likely need to grind out the boss as much as you can.
Fallen King Armor
The Fallen King Armor is one of the most beautiful Accessories for the Halloween update. You can obtain it as a drop by defeating the Battle Mage boss on the Halloween Event Island. He can be found quite close to the Redfall Vampire boss.
Flame Reaper Set
The Flame Reaper Set consists of the Flame Reaper Mask, Cloths and Cape. These are really good Accessories of the Mythical Rarity that we highly recommend getting. Getting these Accessories is not as straightforward as killing a boss.
Instead, you will need to go through the Halloween Event quest. You can find the Halloween Event quest giver and interact with him to start this questline. As part of these quests, you can unlock the entire set. You can find the NPC with a large pumpkin icon above him.
Raven Wing Cloak
The Raven Wing Cloak can be obtained from a boss that spawns near the small castle on top of the cliff in the corner of the map.
This is a great Accessory that provides you with 25% buff to Sword Damage. It has about a 1% chance to drop from defeating the boss.
Desert Outfit
The Desert Outfit can be obtained as a drop from the Scarecrow boss on the Halloween Event island. The Scarecrow is also fairly simple to kill so you can easily farm him to get this Accessory.
Nocturnal Cape
The Nocturnal Cape is a really cool Accessory that matches with many other Accessories, especially the Halloween ones.
You can get this item from a drop by defeating the Redfield Vampire near the large castle. This boss spawns every 10 minutes in the game.
Mystical Hat, Pumpkin Hat and Shadow Flamingo Suit
The remaining Halloween Accessories can be obtained from Chests that are littered all around the Halloween Event Island. You will need to go through a bunch of Chests before you are able to obtain them. We highly recommend that you do the Halloween Event quest.
This is because you will need to go through Chests for that quest. In this way, you will be able to get two birds with one stone!
