Holy Burst and Flame Funnel are some of the best skills your Pals can learn in Palworld, and the Feybreak update allows us to get them as a Skill Fruit.
Fans consider these two skills, particularly Holy Burst, as some of the best in the game by far. However, up until now, the only way to teach them to new Pals was through breeding. Thankfully, the new Skillfruit Orchard lets us obtain it as a Skill Fruit, making it much easier to teach to new Pals!
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to use the Skillfruit Orchard in Palworld: Feybreak to get Holy Burst and Flame Funnel.
How to Get Skill Fruit, Holy Burst & Flame Funnel | Palworld: Feybreak
The only way to get the Holy Burst and Flame Funnel Skill Fruit in Palworld: Feybreak is to use the new Skillfruit Orchard building. It’s a Level 48 Technology that costs 3 Technology Points to unlock. You’ll also need 200 Wood, 50 Paldium Fragments, and 30 Pal Fluids to build it.
Unlike most other Skill Fruits in the game, Holy Burst and Flame Funnel don’t seem to appear naturally. That means you won’t be able to get them from the naturally-spawning Skill Fruit Trees spread across the Palapagos Islands!
Once you’ve unlocked and built the Skillfruit Orchard, you simply need to plant a Skill Fruit. You can get them from the Skill Fruit Trees all over the game world and as random loot drops. The type of Skill Fruit you plant should match the Element of the skill you want, as follows:
- Holy Burst – Use a Neutral Skill Fruit, such as Power Bomb or Air Blade. You’ll have a 3.75% chance to get Holy Burst as your third fruit.
- Flame Funnel – Use a Fire Skill Fruit, such as Flame Wall or Ignis Blast. You’ll have a 3.75% chance of obtaining Flame Funnel as your third fruit.
Now, the growing process at the Skillfruit Orchard can be fairly long and taxing. Make sure to have Pals with a high Watering skill to speed up the growing process.

Interact with the Skillfruit Orchard once it’s done and you’ll be able to claim 3 Skill Fruits. The first 2 will be duplicates of the Skill Fruit you planted.
However, the 3rd Skill Fruit will be a different one matching the Element of the planted fruits. It’s this 3rd Skill Fruit that has a chance to be either Holy Burst or Flame Funnel in Palworld: Feybreak!
Ultimately, this means that you have a very low chance of getting these rare Skill Fruits currently. However, you can start duplicating them by replanting them at the Skillfruit Orchard once you get one. We recommend doing so before you feed it to any of your pals!
