The red keycard is a necessary key item for your first Payday 3 heist, “No Rest for the Wicked.” If you’re going for the stealth mode for the heist, you will need to find both the blue and red keycards without getting detected. That also means you don’t have the luxury of just checking every single room and every single NPC for this item sometimes.

Red Keycard Location for “No Rest for the Wicked”
For the red keycard, you’ll have to drop to the first floor and find a security guard patrolling in the restricted hallway.
There are two ways in: either from the main banking area or via the staircase. The latter is the safer method where you can avoid the NPCs and just focus on the camera that immediately has eyes on you.
To access the staircase, lockpick the gate that is on the left side of the bank, then go up the fire escape to the first floor.
Keep an eye out on: 1. the camera and 2. the guard himself. It’s not a hard steal, however, as all you need to do is just wait until he turns around and grab the red keycard hanging on his belt.
The red keycard is necessary to disable the security system that rings if you break into the vault at this stage. For the stealth method, you need to go back to the staircase and access the rooftop.
Then, find a room that requires the red keycard from where you can disable the security system from. With that said, there can be a few spawn spots for the power room, not just the rooftop.
