Pokemon Scarlet and Violet added a lot of new features in the game for a new taste. If we are comparing this version to the older ones, a lot has changed especially with the modification of all the Pokemon.

One of the changes has to be the stages of evolution of some Pokemon including Pawniard. We know that in the past, this certain type of Pokemon can only evolve one time and that is to become Bisharp.

What’s exciting news is that the game added the third and final evolution of Pawniard which is called the Kingambit.

How to Evolve Bisharp into Kingambit in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The first thing you have to do is obviously get yourself either a Pawniard or a Bisharp.

Pawniards are easily seen during the early game if you to the South Province of both Area 1 and Area 5. You can find them as you approach the riverbanks. Once you successfully caught a Pawniard, you have to level it up to 52.

However, if you want to get Kingambit faster, you should target catching Bisharp instead of Pawniard. You can see lots of Bisharp as you go to the bamboo forest in the North Province of Area 2. The Bisharp that you will catch here is automatically already at level 52.

Just make sure to choose the Bisharp that is surrounded by Pawniards. So that when you catch this, it will be holding the Leader’s Crest.

Once you already have a Bisharp, you have to go look for another Bisharp surrounded by Pawniards and let them fight with each other.

Do this three times, but make sure that all Bisharps you have to fight are also holders of Leader’s Crest.

After successfully defeating three other Bisharps, your Pokemon can evolve into Kingambit.

So, that’s basically how you can get the new Kingambit in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
