There are five different types of Herba Mystica. These are Salty Herba Mystica, Sour Herba Mystica, Sweet Herba Mystica, Spicy Herba Mystica, and Bitter Herba Mystica.

The most efficient way of getting Herba Mystica is by beating five and six-star Tera Raids.

The first thing you have to do in order to obtain Herba Mystica is to fight and defeat the five titans. Namely, these are the Stony Cliff Titan, Lurking Steel Titan, False Dragon Titan, Quaking Earth Titan, and Open Sky Titan.
