Go to the mountains near Alfordana
The Shiny Stone can be found anywhere in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet when you are up in the mountains. The closest mountains you can get to are the ones near Alfordana, if you have not reached the area already. Otherwise, any mountain area will do.
