To evolve your Feebas into Milotic, follow these steps: first, give it a Prism Scale to hold. Next, initiate a trade with a friend and offer your Feebas to them.

If both of you want to save time and obtain the same PokƩmon, you can trade Feebas with the Prism Scale attached simultaneously. After the trade, your Feebas will evolve into the elegant Milotic!
