Here’s how you can find the third one, which is in a pretty unexpected location!
How to Find Third Bloxburg Elf Location (2023)
For this elf, you are going to need a normal cookie on hand, which you can get at your own home. Make sure to get the normal ones, as the holiday variant will not work.
Next, just make your way over to the Ferris wheel at the pier. To get there, just drive past the town and head towards the beach.
You possibly can’t miss it, as you’ll be able to see that large structure with glowing lights from a distance!
Once you’re there, climb up the side of the Ferris wheel by walking along the support beam to its right. Near the top, you should already see the third elf just sitting there!
This angry little guy will turn you into a baby if you give it the wrong cookie, so make sure to only have the regular one on hand!
After giving him the cookie, you will be rewarded with a decent amount of money. And that’s pretty much it for the third elf of the event.
