Sometimes, you just can’t resist the allure of a mouse and keyboard when it comes to playing games like Roblox. It’s as if the game was meant to be played that way, very curious! However, some peripherals will require more yanking than usual when it comes to dealing with a console.

How to Connect & Play Mouse & Keyboard

You can make use of either wired or wireless peripherals to follow along this guide. Just make sure that both of them have a dongle that’s connected to your PS4 or PS5. Once it’s plugged in, it should work with whatever game you’re trying to play.

Plug your keyboard and mouse into the USB ports of the console. There’s two on the back and one on the front.

If you plug both devices in the back, then there’s a chance that you might get this error message. You won’t be able to see the mouse on your screen as well while you’re on the home page.

To check if the devices are connected, push the “PS” button on your controller and head over to accessories. You’ll be able to see which devices are currently plugged in and registered in this tab.
